Continuous Improvement of Services

In the early days of manufacturing there were only a handful of search firms. Positions were routinely filled by word-of-mouth, or by hanging a help-wanted sign in the front window, or sometimes by newspaper advertising.

Today there are thousands of search firms, specializing in everything from accounting to zoology. The Internet has replaced the newspaper as the primary form of advertising, and email has replaced mailing and faxing as the primary method of sending resumes. In fact, today, the main problem employers face is an overabundance of data.

The mission of Aspen Search Group is to provide employers with well-filtered information rather than unsifted data. Like the search agencies of old, our referrals are based on relationships. But we also use contemporary technology and techniques to identify and deliver qualified personnel, and to maximize the efficiency of our service.

Like the employers we serve, we must capitalize the lessons of the past, and the technology of the present, to compete with the enterprises of the future. We do this using a process of continuous improvement, periodically researching both your industry and our own, always striving to yield the maximum benefit to you.
