Frances Lucido, Vice President of Operations of
Personnel Unlimited, Inc, and principal executive over Aspen Search
Group, has 20 years experience in staffing, management and training.
Prior to co-founding the company, Frances worked as
Program Manager for Personal Skills Management where she designed,
implemented and facilitated job training programs for economically
disadvantaged and at risk populations. She is also a former Dale
Carnegie Assistant Trainer. Frances earned her B.A. from James Madison
College at Michigan State University and her Master of Labor and
Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.

George Corser, Managing
Director of Aspen Search Group, has recruited
technical professionals, managers and executives in the fields of
engineering/manufacturing, accounting/finance and information technology
since 1988, and has managed such enterprises since 1996. Prior to joining Aspen, he served as Country Manager
for EngineerKorea in Seoul, South Korea. He has also held Director
positions at Robert Half International and Source Services. He holds a
bachelors degree in engineering from Princeton University.

Brigette Zoli, Director of Business Development, has
distinguished her career with over 10 years experience in Human Resources and Staffing, and is
responsible for client development and key account management. Brigette has
earned the respect and trust of over 100 valued clients. She has worked closely
with customers to understand their needs and daily operations, in some
cases building companies’ temporary or contract workforce from 5 or 6 to
over several hundred employees.
Prior to joining Personnel Unlimited, Inc. Brigette worked as a Human
Resource Specialist and Accounting Supervisor handling over 1500
employees. Brigette completed her studies in Business Administration at
Schoolcraft College.

Sue Ujenski, Search Consultant, has excelled in
the Staffing Industry since 1995. She started her career by placing
employees in mainly general labor positions, and advanced quickly into
more and more senior positions. She now places senior technical
professionals and middle managers in the fields of engineering,
manufacturing, accounting, HR and information technology. Using
well-proven traditional methods of customer service coupled with
technological advances in candidate sourcing, she has developed a
trusted base of customer and candidate contacts that presents a uniquely
valuable resource, both for hiring employers and for professionals
seeking a career transition.

Jenifer Pfaff, Search Consultant, has earned
recognition in
the recruitment field since 1997. She developed her early recruitment
career at Tier 1 automotive suppliers, serving as a Corporate
Recruiter at both Visteon and Plastech. Most of her search assignments
have been in the fields of engineering and manufacturing, but she has
also filled positions in HR, IT, Supply Chain, Legal, and Accounting
functions. Perhaps most importantly, she is acknowledged by her peers
and managers as a top flight recruitment professional. She holds a bachelor of arts degree from Eastern Michigan
University.

J. Andrew Cochran, Director of Recruiting, has
over 20 years experience in corporate recruiting and operations. His
human resource and operations background has given him a broad and
unique perspective in the areas of sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating
talent at all organizational levels. Prior to joining Aspen Search Group
Andrew worked primarily with fortune 500 companies in the hospitality
industry. He prides himself on providing both clients and job seekers
exceptional service utilizing leading-edge technologies and an extensive
network of professional contacts. His primary area of focus is with
highly skilled financial and information technology professionals.
Andrew is a member of SHRM and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from
Ball State University, Muncie, IN.
